Job description
This is a fast-paced leadership track for ambitious operators. Over 12–18 months you’ll rotate through field ops, sales management, onboarding & training, and local P&L. The program prepares you to open and run a new branch/market as a Branch Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead small teams across activations, ensuring consistent execution of our event playbook.
- Run weekly performance reviews, coach associates, and manage staffing rosters.
- Own local P&L metrics: CPL, show rate, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue-to-cost.
- Manage client relationships for your market and coordinate logistics with central operations.
- Build a hiring & training pipeline and groom local leaders.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–5 years in field sales, retail management, or experiential marketing operations.
- Proven track record meeting sales or operational KPIs and leading small teams.
- Comfortable with P&L basics and performance dashboards. Analytical & data-driven.
- Strong communicator, coach, and problem-solver.
- Willingness to travel frequently during rollout phases and relocate if promoted to Branch Manager.
