What you’ll do
- Support event planning and logistics: vendor coordination, kit packing, and schedule management.
Assist with on-site lead capture and post-event data cleansing in the CRM.
Help write social content and event recap posts for channels.
Run competitive research, vendor sourcing, and short pilot tests for creative concepts.
Shadow program managers and help prepare training materials.
Accurate, timely support that lets ops run events smoothly.
Clean CRM records and on-time post-event reports.
One creative idea implemented during the internship that increases engagement.
Positive feedback from managers and teammates; readiness for a part-time or full-time role.
Experience & Qualifications
- Current student or recent grad in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple small projects.
- Comfortable with basic Excel/Google Sheets and willing to learn CRM tools.
- Excellent written communication and team collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
